About Electric Service Co. of Blue Earth, Inc.
Electric Service Company of Blue Earth, Inc., also known as ESCO, traces its start back to the early 1900’s when a set of local brothers started doing small electrical jobs in the rural southern Minnesota town of Blue Earth. Through the years, the company has changed names and ownership, until 1947 when ESCO was incorporated by Milo Miller and Oliver Kohlmeyer. Since that time, ESCO has built its permanent home at 215 North Main Street and introduced a handful of new owners. Currently, Jim Meyer, Brian Bullerman, and Brett Loge are working together to carry on ESCO’s legacy of hard work and dedication.
Electric Service Co. has an interesting past of products and services. ESCO has previously sold appliances, and even introduced the first Microwave Oven to Blue Earth in 1957. Today we have employees who specialize in various electrical work, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
ESCO has assisted Seneca, Winnebago Mfg, the AmericInn, BEVCOMM, Juba's Super Valu, residential homeowners, farmers, and many more with all of their needs, and we would like to help you, too!
